I'm looking for a person(or maybe two) that is ambitious, creative, self-motivated, has computer skills(or is a fastish learner), likes people and wants to work with me, with the possibility of managing some of my sites...

My sites are designed to promote the community as a whole... I offer free web space to non-profit community oriented businesses, low web site rates to businesses and also teach people to build and maintain their own site...

The work has flexible hours, and I have found it to be very low pressure in terms of sales...I'm working with over 90 businesses so whatever it is I'm doing works very well...

This is NOT a salaried job... you will be set up as an independent contractor which will give you certain tax benefits and a lot of freedom. Instead of a fixed salary you will have the opportunity to make a nice income off high commissions....
